Leadership assessment.What holds under pressure?
Illustration, not assessment data. Free tools start the reflection. A formal audit is separate work.
Not just who you are. What needs to change.
A useful assessment should help you name your strengths, locate the breakdowns, and decide what to do next. A label alone does not tell you why every hard decision still lands on your desk.
Personality typing describes tendencies. Annual engagement surveys capture opinions. Neither is the same as seeing behavior in the work. For owners, the question is practical: which standards hold under pressure, and which ones still need you to hold them?
Explore the assessment options if you need a starting point. Then test what you learn against real decisions and commitments.
- Strengths to keep
- Which leadership behaviors help the team move without waiting for you?
- Breakdowns to name
- Where do decisions stall, commitments slide, or exceptions become normal?
- Next actions to take
- What needs a clearer standard, an owner, and a rhythm for correction?
Start with reflection. Go deeper when needed.

Finding the drift is not fixing it.
You do not need another result to file away. You need standards that hold without you personally holding everything together.
LLI is operator-led. We install the fix in the work: clear ownership, practiced behavior, and reinforcement that helps leaders notice and correct drift. Assessment is the start, not the installation.
Take the free DriftCheck.
Spend about four minutes reflecting on where leadership depends on you and where the standard may be slipping.
Get your drift readout.
Use the readout to name what needs attention. Compare it with what actually happens in the business, not just what feels familiar.
Map the installation that fixes it.
Identify the standards, ownership, and reinforcement the team needs. Talk with LLI about what to install and where to begin.
Know what a result can tell you.
A useful starting point has limits. Know what you are looking at before you decide what to change.
What is a leadership assessment?
A leadership assessment helps you understand how you lead, where you are effective, and where you need to change. At LLI, the useful question is what happens to behavior and standards under pressure. A self-reflection tool gives you a starting point. It does not, on its own, verify what happens in the business.
How is this different from a 360 review or personality test?
A personality test describes tendencies. A 360 review gathers other people's views of your leadership. Both can be useful, but neither automatically establishes what happens to a standard under pressure. LLI's free tools prompt reflection on leadership behavior. DriftAudit is a separate, formal management diagnostic with an auditor verdict per step, a contradiction map, and recovery priorities.
Is there a free leadership assessment?
Yes. DriftCheck is free and takes about four minutes. It helps you reflect on where leadership may be drifting from the standard. GuideType and GuideMirror are also free tools for exploring your leadership starting point and how you actually lead. These are starting points for reflection, not audited evidence.
What do I do with my results?
Use the results to name a specific behavior that needs attention. Compare that readout with what happens in the work: decisions, commitments, and follow-through. Then choose the standard, ownership, and reinforcement needed to correct the drift. LLI can help map and install that fix. The assessment starts the work; it does not replace it.
