Preparation starts at $6,500 per seat. It is a 12-session installation delivered across two phases. DEC members can access it as the DEC Emerging Leaders Academy at the partnership rate.

How is the Executive/Team Installation priced?

Accepted Answer

The Executive/Team Installation is $9,500 per leader, or $75,000-$125,000 for a full team engagement. Enrollment is application-based - not every applicant is accepted. Apply at lowiszleadership.com/gdd-leadership-discipline/apply.

Why are the Drift Audit and the Preparation bundle both $12,500?

By design. One buys the diagnosis, the other buys the installation. The Drift Audit is a 14-day diagnostic of your leadership team; the Preparation bundle is the full 12-session individual-leader installation. They are separate engagements, and the audit fee does not roll into any program.

How is the Enterprise Installation priced?

The Enterprise Installation is scope-based. Pricing depends on the size of the leadership layer, the number of layers being deployed, and whether delivery is on-site, virtual, or a combination. There is no public rate. Request a strategy call to receive a scope proposal.

For organizations enrolling three or more leaders in the Executive/Team Installation simultaneously, contact LLI directly to discuss coordinated enrollment.

It means the investment is determined by the scope of the installation - not a fixed rate applied to every organization regardless of size or complexity. The strategy call is a two-way evaluation. If the scope doesn't match, we'll tell you.

Preparation serves this function. Organizations that want to evaluate GDD before committing to the Enterprise Installation can enroll a group of leaders in Preparation first. Preparation completers can bridge into the Enterprise Installation.
