Your leadership team needs a shared operating system
Team leadership fails when every leader runs their own playbook. We install the Guide, Don't Drive Operating System so your entire team holds the same standards - and reinforces them weekly.

Why team leadership breaks down
Every leader has their own playbook
Without shared behavioral standards, your leadership team creates inconsistency at every level. Employees experience different versions of leadership depending on who they report to.
Meetings without traction
Leadership team meetings produce discussion but not execution. Without a structured operating rhythm, nothing changes between meetings.
Accountability without a system
Leaders know they should hold each other accountable, but without a framework, difficult conversations are avoided and standards drift.
What the Cohort Installation builds
The Cohort Installation is 16 sessions over 8 months. It takes a leadership team from individual operators to a unified system governed by shared behavioral standards. Three phases build, calibrate, and lock in the operating system.
Phase 1: Foundation (Sessions 1-6)
Install identity, ownership, and personal leadership standards. Every team member builds their own operating system first.
Phase 2: Operating System (Sessions 7-12)
Calibrate tolerance management, drift prevention, recovery protocols, and the Manager Operating Rhythm that creates consistency.
Phase 3: Permanence (Sessions 13-16)
Selection, cascade, and operator certification. Build the internal capability to sustain and scale the system permanently.
