Session Overview

Heroics feel necessary when pressure peaks. Leaders step in late, fix the problem, and get results. The crisis passes and the leader is praised. This session exposes the hidden cost of heroics. Every time a leader saves the day, the system learns that breakdown is acceptable because rescue is coming. Heroics prevent systems from improving and leaders from stepping back.
